Squash Facials
Well Mr. Robbie has learned the art of raspberries --- and gives a great "Squash Facial." Beware - I was laughing so hard the camera isn't steady, but so cute!
and Miss Alli enjoying her pizza dinner with Robbie. Pizza is definately one of her favorite foods!
Our Exciting Week
Well~didn't we have an exciting week 2 weeks ago.... surprise gall bladder surgery for mommy. The good news is they did it laproscopically ~ the bad news is that in 3% of these cases they miss a stone...well wouldn't you believe my luck ~ they missed a stone! 3% - that's it... I can't win the lottery, but I can keep a missing gall stone and get it lodged in the bile duct -- you figure it out!
So, after being admitted on Monday and released on Tuesday -- by Friday I had jaundice --- told Alli that Mommy was going to be a banana for Halloween so I was practicing my color! Was readmitted on Friday and re-released on Sunday...back to work on Tuesday -- jeez, no rest for the weary.
Alli was so glad to have Mommy back home! She spent most of the week with Grandma and Grampy and Robbie spent the week with Nana and Papa. All I have to say is THANK GOD for local family!! You are the BEST!!!!
Here are some pictures from Sunday --- we were so happy to have our little family back together!

Robbie's silly laugh
Robbie has started laughing - but he hasn't yet figured out that he needs to open his mouth and just let that laugh out - so he kind of grunts his laugh... he is a silly boy!
Wanna laugh???
This is the funniest!!!! Alli has learned the days of the week - in a song - and what a sweet, ladylike, little voice she has!
Our Exciting Friday
Today we went to the aquarium....kind of last minute plans - we were supposed to go to Maine for the weekend, but both kids have a cold and it is getting too chilly in Maine to spend the night with only a fireplace for heat with 2 sick kids - didn't sound like the recipe for fun!
Here are some pictures from their first trip to the aquarium.
We loved the harbor seals!
Or that!
Alli was not interested in touching any of the sea life!
The stone turtle was OK - he didn't move!
